The basics of website optimization. Internal optimization of keywords, meta tags and page translation.

Greetings to You dear friends. In this article you will learn about the basics of site optimization. In General, site optimization is divided into 2 stages: internal optimization (also called content optimization) and external optimization (search, or as it is now customary to say SEO-optimization).
Now, these stages are very important to distinguish. The first stage is carried out mainly on the site and mainly with content. The second stage is the promotion of the site.

In this article you will learn about first stage (domestic streamlining) and I will try to tell you about everything, that I know in this topic.

So, the internal optimization can be divided into 4 stages:

1. key words and phrases;

2. main elements of internal optimization;

3. internal re-linking of site pages;

4. meta tag.

1. Key words and phrases.

Key words and phrases is a guarantee of traffic to Your website. This stage is not in vain the first in the list of site optimization. Before you begin to carry out any actions on internal optimization and promotion of the site – you have to decide on the keywords by which you will promote/promote your site. You also need to determine in advance what search queries you’ll use.

Classification of search queries. Search queries come in 3 types:

HF (high Frequency)

MF (middle frequency)

LF (low frequency)

Immediately do not advise to use HF requests (to compete with the monsters is not worth it), use the SCH and LF requests. High-frequency queries, as a rule consists of 1 keywords. For example: download, free, movie, Internet, earnings, promotion, etc.

SC queries consist of 1-2 keywords and phrases. For example: download a movie, earn money online, films online, etc. bass consists of 2 or more key words and phrases. For example: how to make money online student how to create a website on wordpress, watch the TV series “wood Grouse”, Internet marketing for Housewives, etc.

I think now You can understand the nature of search queries. Back to key words and phrases. You should find 5-10 keywords and phrases that you will use constantly on your site. To make It clearer to you, I’ll give you an example. For example, I have a website about a TV series/film. Key words and phrases will have the following keys:

Look

Download

Online

Gratis

Etc.

These keywords will be the main, but as we have already decided – we will not use HF keys. Therefore, we need to create SCS and LF keywords and phrases using the above-mentioned words. Make it very simple. We just add to each of these keywords – the words by which you can find our site. For example, a website about the series “Capercaillie” and, in the end, our key words:

Watch TV series gluhar;

Download series Grouse;

Etc.

I think you understand the point. By the way, you can combine such key phrases and receive even more targeted requests. You can search for keywords in your niche using special keyword matching services. Here are these services: wordstat.yandex.ru adstat.rambler.ru/wrds Oh.

2. The main elements of internal optimization.

1. Keywords should be in the page title. Between the tags (<TITLE>….</TITLE>)

2. Keywords should be in the headings of articles (tags H1, H2, H3).

3. The key words should be in the text of the article.

4. You should highlight the main keywords and phrases in the article – bold. But it is not necessary to highlight in bold all the keywords and phrases that are present in the article. Select only those you want to highlight, but not more than 3 pieces.

5. The keywords should be in the first sentence of the first paragraph of the article. (but don’t make them bold here.)

6. Key words and phrases should occur at least 3 times in the article. Do not try to fill the article with keywords – it will give a negative effect on the contrary.

3. Internal linking of the site pages.

Why is that even necessary? First, search engines (PS) when they get to Your website – pay attention not only to external links from your site, but internal links. In other words, they look at how and on which page there is a link to what text this reference is consistent with the content of the page referenced in – text links.

PS are very good at sites where pages link to each other. Secondly, with the help of turning pages among themselves, you will achieve an increase in the viewing of pages by users on your site. When the user of Your site read to the end some article/post / note, he stumbles upon a block of links, where he is invited to read something else.

Well, the last point about linking – it links to the main page. In other words, on all pages of your website/blog there should be a link to the main page. Why is it necessary? Over time, you, i.e. your blog, will be referenced by other sites. It could be catalogues, social. bookmarks, other sites and blogs, and links will often be placed not only on the home page, but also on the internal pages of your site. And each such external link from each site-will give a part of the authority of their site, your site. And you will give these pieces the authority of Your main page of the website to rise higher and higher in the results PS. This is also not unimportant.

4. Metatags.

Meta tags are used to describe your pages. This is mainly for PS. When PS (search bot, crawler) lands on Your website, the first thing he looks for meta tags.

Meta tags enable the SS to understand:

— what content on Your site;

— what keywords do You use;

– what is the encoding of your pages;

— in what language information is provided on Your website;

– you may or may not index any area on your site.

Ie using meta tags, SS will be able to “make friends” with Your website. I’d say it’s better with them than without them. Typically, meta tags are generated at the very beginning of a web page, between <head>tags…< / head> and they look like this:

< meta http-equiv= “Content-Type” content= “text / html; charset=UTF-8”>

<meta name= “description” content=””>

<meta name= “keywords” content=””>

Metatag description (description of) need for FS. By the way, try to make a unique description for each page of your site.

Meta tag keywords are just the same responsible for the keywords of your page, which we have already talked about.

Well, that’s basically all my dear friends. I hope, You will help this article. Thank you for your attention and see you again. Perhaps, I not all told and something forgot here to mention, but all, about than was written – has worked, works and will work.

Spread the love
